Before Myna Mahila, I had little knowledge about reproductive health and family planning. The M Health app helped me track my cycle, understand fertility, and make informed health decisions. With the Myna Bolo Chatbot, I could finally learn about contraception, safe pregnancy, and maternal health—privately and without fear.

This access to reliable information has transformed my life. I now have control over my reproductive health and the confidence to plan my future. As I pursue my dream of becoming a makeup artist, I also share what I’ve learned, empowering other women to make informed choices for themselves.”
