Myna Mahila Foundation is seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director – Programmes to lead programme design, execution, and expansion across multiple states. This role will oversee programme delivery, monitoring and evaluation, institutional partnerships, and team leadership while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and impact outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead programme strategy, implementation, and quality across all initiatives
- Drive MEL systems, agency framework rollout, and data-driven decision-making
- Manage institutional funder relationships, reporting, and partnerships
- Support multi-state expansion and lead programme teams and leadership development
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in programme management or social impact organizations
- Experience leading multi-state programmes and senior teams
- Strong understanding of MEL systems, fundraising, and strategic planning
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills

Finance Associate
Location: Mumbai
Myna Mahila Foundation is seeking a Finance Associate to support the organization’s financial operations by maintaining accurate accounting records, processing financial transactions, ensuring statutory compliance, assisting in audits, and providing administrative support. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries, and bank entries
- Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, support financial statements, and assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Support GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, documentation, and coordination with banks, auditors, and vendors
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting and finance operations
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audit processes

The role focuses on designing M&E frameworks, analysing programme performance, generating impact insights, and supporting strategic decision-making while contributing to organizational learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks
- Develop dashboards, conduct data analysis, and ensure data quality across programmes
- Prepare impact reports, evaluations, and programme performance insights
- Build organizational capacity through M&E training and quality assurance systems
- Collaborate with programme teams to improve outcomes through evidence-based decision-making
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience in monitoring, evaluation, data analysis, or programme management
- Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills
- Experience with dashboards, data collection methodologies, and performance tracking

Myna Mahila Foundation is looking for a dynamic and motivated Admissions & Student Engagement Coordinator to support its Certificate Course Project. The role involves student mobilization, admissions, college outreach, student engagement, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring successful course completion
Key Responsibilities
- Promote certificate courses, generate leads, conduct awareness sessions, and achieve enrollment targets
- Coordinate with colleges, trainers, and project teams for outreach, orientations, and enrollment drives
- Build relationships with colleges, NGOs, and stakeholders and develop new partnerships
- Track student progress, maintain records, prepare reports, and support course completion and retention
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
- Experience in admissions, sales, education, counseling, training, or community outreach is preferred
