Associate Director – Resource Mobilisation
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
Myna Mahila Foundation is seeking a strategic and driven Associate Director – Resource Mobilisation to lead fundraising initiatives and build long-term partnerships with corporates, foundations, and high-impact donors. This role will play a critical part in mobilizing resources to scale programs that advance women’s agency across urban communities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end fundraising strategy and execution
Build and manage CSR and corporate partnerships
Develop grant proposals and funding applications
Strengthen donor engagement, reporting, and stewardship systems
