What is included in our menstrual hygiene kit?
Our menstrual kit is composed of enough packets to cover the girls’ menstruations during 3 months. It also includes a small educative book developed by ourselves. This book provides the girls with basic menstrual information, as well as grids to track your periods and to better understand your menstrual cycle. The last page provides contact numbers that the young girls can use when needed.
