For the first time, the whole team of Myna went on a two-day field trip outside of Mumbai to meet and discover the activities of the NGO Snehalaya and the dairy products factory Prabhat. Snehalaya (“Home of Love”) is an incredible NGO working with women, children and LGBT communities in order to help them find remedies to the inequalities they face in their daily lives, and to enjoy their previously deprived fundamental rights. Prabhat is a dairy factory founded 15 years ago, which like Myna gives a great importance to women’s work and social progress.
